The College Area Community Council (CACC) is an organization that works to improve the quality of life and enhance community pride for the College Area.
The CACC membership consists of homeowners, property owners, business owners, and renters in the College Area.
The purpose of the College Area Community Council is to promote the public good and welfare of the College Area community by disseminating information and providing a forum for discussion on issues of interest to the community; initiating, organizing or providing support for activities that benefit the community; facilitating communication between the City of San Diego or other agencies and the community; and supporting the work of the College Area Community Planning Board.
